The Indian Institute of Management Amritsar (IIM Amritsar) is a Public Business School
and an Institute of National Importance located in Amritsar, Punjab, India
established by Ministry of Human Resource Development in 2015.
It is one of the young members of the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) Umbrella
established in 2015. The institute was inaugurated by Surjit Singh Rakhra,
the then Minister of Higher Education and Languages, Punjab on 6 August 2015.
